Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights in Tampa Florida. Class starts with 5-10min warm up to get loose. Teams of 2 will attack the first short-ish Amrap. Staying with that same partner next we will start the Metcon, it will be For Time workout of 4 different movements to keep you moving. Let’s do some CrossFit Tampa Athlete’s!
