Workout of the Day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights. Conveniently located between Downtown Tampa & Tampa Heights Neighborhood. Class begins with a 5-10min warm-up, then straight into some olympic lifting technique work. The snatch takes a lot of practice, and that’s exactly what we plan to do! Next is the Metcon. It will be a couplet of pull ups and Dumbbell Front Rack Squats. Be ready to Sweat!!
