Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights. Conveniently located between Downtown Tampa and Tampa Heights neighborhood. Class starts with a 5-10min warm-up. Our strength today will be Split Jerk with a pause. Now the fun part, the Metcon. It starts with a buy in of DB Box Step Up’s, then onto some pull ups, push ups, and air squats. Lets get after it guy’s!
