Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights. Conveniently located between Downtown Tampa and Tampa Heights neighborhood. Class starts with a 5 to 10min warm up. Strength will be Back Squats to a heavy single. Metcon will be a medium length amrap of Double Unders and Power Snatches. Let’s get after it athletes!
