Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights. Located directly between Downtown Tampa and Tampa Heights neighborhood. Class begins with a 5 – 10min warm up. Then we get a pump with some front squats and deadlifts emom. Today’s Metcon will be a rotating ascending ladder of thrusters and box jumps. How long? Only one way to find out.
