Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights. Located between beautiful Downtown Tampa and Tampa Heights neighborhood. Class starts with a 5-10min warm-up all members do together. The strength of the day is a Hang-Clean/ Split Jerk Complex. After getting our pump on we move on right into some interval style workouts with 1:1 ratio work to rest. Let’s take our fitness to new heights guy’s!
