Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights in Tampa Florida. We are entering week 7, a deload week. Week 8 will be test week. CrossFit Class will begin with a 10min dynamic warm-up. Strength of the day consists of a Snatch Complex emom. The Metcon is a short-ish sprint with Ring MU, Light power snatches, and toes to bar. Let’s get after it guy’s!
