Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights. Last day of deload week. Class will start with a 10min warm-up. Todays strength will be some light to moderate back squats. Metabolic conditioning of the day starts with a set of dumbbell power snatches, right into BBJO’s. It’s gonna go fast so be ready!
