Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights in Tampa Florida. Let’s make sure we stretch properly before class. We’ll warm up for about 5-10 minutes and go right into a 20min clock to Find our 1 rep max Clean + Jerk. It’s gonna be loud and crazy! Today’s Metcon will be a chipper starting and ending with some tough gymnastics movements sandwiched between some barbell work.
