Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights. Alright guy’s time to max out our Bench Press! We’ve put in the work in the last 2 months and now is the time for it to pay off. Today’s Metcon will be a long amrap of multiple dumbbell movements mixed with double understanding and pistols. A short pistol squat tutorial will come before the wod.
