Workout of the day here at CrossFit Downtown Heights in Tampa Florida. Class starts with 5-10min warm up to get loose. Our strength of the day will be Deadlift and Split Jerks focusing on speed, strength, and technique. Today’s Metcon will be a mix of 9 different movements to keep you moving.
