This club is designed for the CrossFit athlete that is looking to focus more on physical endurance and less barbell training, such as Olympic Lifting and the Back and Front Squat. Don’t worry though! Our endurance class has plenty of weight being thrown around! We program mostly body weight movements, including burpees, box jumps, running, rowing, assault bike, wall balls, dumbbell snatches, and much more!! Come try it out for free. This class is included with your Downtown Height’s Membership.
